Studio Movimiento biedt trainingen en programma’s aan die gebruik maken van GYROTONIC^® en GYROKINESIS^® bewegingsmethoden voor particulieren en bedrijven. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat jouw persoonsgegevens veilig zijn en zorgvuldig worden verwerkt. In dit document leggen wij uit hoe wij omgaan met je gegevens en welke rechten je hebt.

2.    Welke persoonsgegevens wij verwerken

Wij verwerken alleen gegevens die nodig zijn om onze trainingen, begeleiding en diensten goed uit te voeren.
Dit kan onder andere zijn:

– Geboortedatum
– Adresgegevens
– Telefoonnummer 
– E‑mailadres
– IP-adres (geanonimiseerd)
– Betaalgegevens
– Foto’s of video’s, uitsluitend met jouw toestemming

Bijzondere en/of gevoelige persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken:

– Informatie over jouw fysieke en mentale gesteldheid, beperkingen of trainingsdoelen die jij vrijwillig met ons deelt.

3.    Website gegevens

– Studio Movimiento verwerkt ook persoonsgegevens als wij hier wettelijk toe verplicht zijn, zoals gegevens die wij nodig hebben voor onze belastingaangifte.

– Gegevens van de website worden gebruikt voor analyses van bezoek- en klikgedrag op de website. Studio Movimiento gebruikt deze informatie om de werking van de website te verbeteren. Deze gegevens worden geanonimiseerd en niet aan derden verstrekt.

Gezondheidsgegevens zijn bijzondere persoonsgegevens. Deze verwerken wij alleen met jouw uitdrukkelijke toestemming en uitsluitend voor het doel van veilige begeleiding.

6.    Bewaartermijnen

Wij bewaren jouw gegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk:

– Administratieve gegevens worden 7 jaar bewaard (wettelijke verplichting)

– Contact- en trainingsgegevens worden maximaal 2 jaar bewaard na jouw laatste training

– Gezondheidsinformatie wordt verwijderd zodra het niet meer nodig is voor begeleiding 

– Foto’s/video’s worden bewaard totdat jij je toestemming intrekt

7.    Delen van persoonsgegevens

Studio Movimiento verkoopt jouw gegevens niet aan derden.
Wij delen jouw gegevens alleen met derden wanneer dat noodzakelijk is:
– Onze boekhouder voor administratie en facturatie 
– Overheidsinstanties wanneer dit wettelijk verplicht is.

8.    Beveiliging van gegevens

Wij nemen passende maatregelen om jouw gegevens te beschermen, waaronder:
– Beveiligde digitale opslag 
– Sterke wachtwoorden
– Regelmatige updates en beveiligingscontroles
– Papieren documenten worden bewaard in een beveiligde opslag

Om er zeker van te zijn dat het verzoek tot inzage door jou is gedaan, vragen wij jou een kopie van je identiteitsbewijs met het verzoek mee te sturen. Maak in deze kopie je pasfoto, MRZ (machine readable zone, de strook met nummers onderaan het paspoort), paspoortnummer en Burgerservicenummer (BSN) zwart. Dit ter bescherming van je privacy. We reageren zo snel mogelijk, maar binnen vier weken, op jouw verzoek.
